In this article are analysed some aspects of the complex process of international conflicts origins in South-East Europe in correlation with the history of the Moldova and its international affirmation - Ukraina. There are also the genesis and the historic evolution of relation interstatal of the Moldova medieval/ Republic of Moldova and Ukraina. This analysis is devoted to the investigation, based on the documentary and bibliographical sources of the regulating inter-state relations between different states. There are also the genesis and the historic evolution of interstatal conflicts of the carapto-ponto-danubian region in time and space, as well as the practices of conflictual situation settlement in this region.
