    In this article the issue is one focused on the hermeneutics of performance in the Noscean cultural model. The author tries to demonstrate how changes in the process of knowledge facilitate the elucidation of aspects that support the contemporaneity of Constatin Noica’s cultural model. In this regard, the contribution of performance to the cultural model is investigated.

    This issues is a continuous regarding to knowledge social realities through the challenges in the contemporary society. Is looking through the rise of challenges in society and particularly demonstrates their connection with the openings of the Information Era, including the urgency to identify viable ways to solve them. At the same time, the challenges in contemporary come with those triggered by the societies detached from the mega systems of yesteryear. Societies with a status in the making and mired in multiple crises like socio-political, socio-economic, socio- cultural or socio-confessional ones that go beyond their own borders, spilling over into the area of stable societies. With the fall of the Berlin Wall and. the implosion of megasocieties (90s sec. XX), budding entities become stakes and not infrequently tribute in the geopolitical or geostrategic configuration of the contemporary world. Currently, it is attested that the lessons of the XXI century need to be not only learned, but also applied and explored as quickly as possible and those who violate the world legal order must be severely sanctioned. Otherwise, as happened previously with the war in Ukraine (24.02,22), on October 7, 2023 in Israel with the attack of the terrorist group HAMAS denotes how fragility is the contemporary world. In some way this lessons the author try to signalize looking through reforms of the institutional research in the Republic of Moldova. Reform concerning university’s absorption that create more problem then its solving. Or, currently implemented university absorption (2022) and status of scientific research reveals a fragmented understanding of the civil service of science in contemporary world. In the logic of absorption, as it was achieved, it is by definition irresponsible, because adequate have not been calculate the financial and ethical investments to obtain that high background. Rather authority’s concerted refusal to know the entities they are trying to resize. It also means to avoid the scientist’s contribution through research to sustain the international knowledge of the results remain a tiny attraction be improving in the university curriculum, or in training background to young people.
