With the advent of the digital era, a virtual world has come to the forefront, closely mirroring our physical reality and interconnected through the vast expanse of the internet. Technology has infiltrated every aspect of our daily lives, affecting local and global interactions. Through this analysis, the author sheds light on the many factors that govern human activities, highlighting how they have shifted significantly online, leading to numerous new ideas, theories, and paradigms.

In this article the issue is one focused on the hermeneutics of performance in the Noscean cultural model. The author tries to demonstrate how changes in the process of knowledge facilitate the elucidation of aspects that support the contemporaneity of Constatin Noica’s cultural model. This issues is a continuous regarding to knowledge social realities through the challenges in the contemporary society. Is looking through the rise of challenges in society and particularly demonstrates their connection with the openings of the Information Era, including the urgency to identify viable ways to solve them. At the same time, the challenges in contemporary come with those triggered by the societies detached from the mega systems of yesteryear. Societies with a status in the making and mired in multiple crises like socio-political, socio-economic, socio- cultural or socio-confessional ones that go beyond their own borders, spilling over into the area of stable societies. With the fall of the Berlin Wall and. the implosion of megasocieties (90s sec. XX), budding entities become stakes and not infrequently tribute in the geopolitical or geostrategic configuration of the contemporary world. Currently, it is attested that the lessons of the XXI century need to be not only learned, but also applied and explored as quickly as possible and those who violate the world legal order must be severely sanctioned. Otherwise, as happened previously with the war in Ukraine (24.02,22), on October 7, 2023 in Israel with the attack of the terrorist group HAMAS denotes how fragility is the contemporary world. In some way this lessons the author try to signalize looking through reforms of the institutional research in the Republic of Moldova. Reform concerning university’s absorption that create more problem then its solving. Or, currently implemented university absorption (2022) and status of scientific research reveals a fragmented understanding of the civil service of science in contemporary world. In the logic of absorption, as it was achieved, it is by definition irresponsible, because adequate have not been calculate the financial and ethical investments to obtain that high background. Rather authority’s concerted refusal to know the entities they are trying to resize. It also means to avoid the scientist’s contribution through research to sustain the international knowledge of the results remain a tiny attraction be improving in the university curriculum, or in training background to young people.

The formation of the key (transversal) competences formed in the national educational system is a complex process, which requires the creation of effective didactic conditions and strategies on the part of the philosophy teacher, through which emphasis is placed on learning by action. Studying philosophy enables the formation of key (transversal) skills and focuses on the following values and attitudes: critical and divergent thinking; availability for dialogue and debate; curiosity and interest in learning; consistency and rigor in thought and action; awareness of personal identity, acceptance of diversity and positive valuing of differences; solidarity and taking responsibility for personal deeds.

Security has always been an important term in people's lives and needs throughout the ages. Maslov’s pyramid shows us that the need for security is the next step after physio-logical needs. Essentially, security has to do with the presence of peace, safety, enjoyment, and protection of human and physical resources or the absence of crisis or threats to human dignity, all of which facilitate the development and progress of any human society.
RECAPITULĂRI TEORETICO-PRAGMATICE ÎN CUNOAȘTEREA SOCIETĂȚII POST-PANDEMIE

The contemporaneity of post-pandemic society by far does notstate overcoming the consequences of the pandemic, denouncing itself in the feverishness of the search for suitable solutions. Or, the consequences of the pandemic or also attached to the post-pandemic emergencies that are insufficiently aware at all levels of the social hierarchy worsen the state of affairs in the societal environment. Accumulated over time, the pandemic consequences and the post-pandemic emergencies are complicated and due to the low degree of responsibility in the behavior of community members, both they become susceptible to the ascension of immeasurable risks in society, but also environment. It is attested that the rise of immeasurable risks is also fuel led by those caused by the belligerent state. Simultaneously, otherwise effects effects and consequences triggered by the events/ actions of hybrid warfare after February 24, 2022 are incorporated. Shares the scale of which attract and influence societies not only in the European region, but also in global society in general. Thus, with the incorporation of hybrid warfare into societal action, it changes their trajectory in and between communities, societies, independently of the distance of the belligerent source. This incorporation, together with the process of globalization, deepens the actions and resizes their interconnections, interactions and interdependencies from socio-economic, socio-political, social-cultural to social anthropological with the post-pandemic imprint both in society and in environment.
