Risks that confronts the rising generation requires joint efforts from the Ministries of Health and Environment, and government institutions that touch on this issue, local authorities, businesses, population, etc. Water pollution currently affecting wide areas, so there is no country that does not take into accounts the causes and effects of this phenomenon. The characterization of aquatic resources chemical composition from villages, inclusively natural radioactive elements and artificial isotopes have been carried out. The present work represents a study of the peculiarities of sustainable as a part of the survival strategy designed for the population of Republic of Moldova. The essence of sustainable development is the „ability to satisfy the needs of the present generation, without compromising the opportunity to satisfy their needs” which servere as basis for development leading to prosperity and progress, provided that resourses are recycled, the environment is protected and the moral rules are observed. The most important extremal factors, witch affect the health of the population are the living conditions, the state of the living conditions, the state of the environment and the level of medical care. International Labour Office considers stress "one of the most serious problems of our time, not only for individuals who endanger their physical and mental health, but also for companies and governments ". It is easy to see that the term individual exceeded the biological aspect, affecting the individual and the social. "Stress" as a concept initially appears in medical language, Canadian physiologist Hans Selye due in 1936. Also in 1936 by Selye described and "general adaptation syndrome" as the effort made by the body to respond to the environment. History of the introduction of the term in use is due to general disease syndrome that is observed in patients affected by infectious diseases, presenting all the same symptoms, but not possible to outline a general symptom specific. Inference led to the conclusion that every body responds to disease nonspecific.
