On a aussi pour objectif d’identifier les difficultés de traduction et les moyens de les résoudre, en analysant les techniques appliquées pour rendre les termes de l’anglais en roumain.

    Translation analysis of Romanian subtitling of figurative speech in the series Anne with an ‘E’

    Figurative language subtitling presents a complex undertaking that requires professionally managing linguistic limitations, cultural differences, and the necessity to preserve visual and auditory coherence. The aim of this research is to identify occurrences of figurative language in the episodes of the Netflix series Anne with an 'E' and analyse the translation techniques used in subtitling the figures of speech from English to Romanian.
