PROFILUL PROFESIONAL DE PERSONALITATE AL STUDENŢILOR DIN PERSPECTIVA NIVELULUI DE DEZVOLTARE A INTELIGENŢEI SOCIALE

Abstract

În prezent, instituțiile de învățământ oferă o multitudine de posibilități de a obține diverse cunoștințe de natură profesională, fără a se concentra pe probleme serioase de interacțiune (în cazul studenților). În condițiile actualului mediu social în continuă schimbare, fiecare își dorește să găsească un loc potrivit în cadrul societății căreia îi aparține, un loc în care să-și poată demonstra potențialul și unde acesta să fie exploatat, unde se va simți apreciat și în siguranță, unde își va putea continua evoluția psihosocială, plină de satisfacții personale. Astfel, ne-am propus să cercetăm studenții din învățământul superior, din perspectiva relației dintre profilul profesional de personalitate și nivelul de dezvoltare a inteligenței sociale, fapt ce ne-a permis să dezvoltăm un model explicativ al raportului dat.Currently, educational institutions offer a multitude of possibilities to obtain various knowledge of a professional nature, without focusing on serious problems of interaction in the case of the majority of students. In the conditions of today's ever-changing social environment, everyone wants to find a suitable place within the society to which he belongs, a place where he can demonstrate and where his potential will be exploited, where he will feel appreciated and safe, where his will be able to continue psychosocial evolution, full of personal rewards. Thus, we set out to research higher education students, from the perspective of the relationship between the professional personality profile and the level of development of social intelligence, a fact that allowed us to develop an explanatory model of the given ratio.
