REGIMUL DE SOLVABILITATE A COMPANIILOR DE ASIGURĂRI DIN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA

Abstract

This article contains a description of the new Solvency regime (Solvency II) of Republic of Moldova and of the European Union. Also it describes some key moments necessary when making the new solvency statements required by the National Commission of Financial Market, and there are presented the most important differences between the old and new solvency regimes of the Republic of Moldova.
