VALENȚE PARADIGMATICE ALE COMPORTAMENTULUI POLITIC DE MASĂ: GENERAL ȘI PARTICULAR

Abstract

Una din formele principale ale comportamentului politic este comportamentul politic de masă, care reflectă într-o manieră concentrată participarea cetățenilor în diverse activități politice, manifestarea reacției unei mulțimi de oameni de proveniență socială diferită, dar unită prin scopuri comune, la problemele vieții sociale sau la deciziile instituțiilor politice. Comportamentul politic de masă s-a manifestat diferit la diferite etape de dezvoltare a Republicii Moldova. Autorii acestui articol analizează cele mai semnificative manifestări ale comportamentului de masă prin prisma teoriilor care explică originea, identifică caracteristicile principale ale celor mai importante proteste care au avut loc în Republica Moldova de la obținerea independenței până în prezent, analizează premisele și factorii care au influențat geneza și dezvoltarea comportamentului de protest și stabilesc care sunt tendințele evolutive ale comportamentului de masă în dependență de context. Autorii ajung la concluzia că cei mai importanți factori care influențează comportamentul de masă sunt insuficienţa maturităţii politice a populației, o inițiativă de protest care vine de sus în jos, influența semnificativă a mass-mediei și dificultatea de cuantificare a impactului unui protest.

One of the main forms of political behavior is mass political behavior, which reflects in a concentrated manner the participation of citizens in various political activities, the manifestation of the reaction of masses of people of different social provenience but united by common goals, to the social problems or to decisions of political institutions. The mass political behavior manifested itself differently at various stages of development of the Republic of Moldova. The authors of this article analyze the most significant manifestations of mass behavior from the perspective of theories explaining its origin, identify the main characteristics of the most important protests that have taken place in the Republic of Moldova since independence until now, analyze the premises and factors that have influenced genesis and the development of protest behavior and determine the evolutionary trends of mass behavior depending on context. The authors conclude that the most important factors influencing mass behavior are the insufficiency of the political maturity of the population, the protest movement that comes from the top down, the significant influence of the media and the difficulty of quantifying the impact of a protest
