Abstract
The stress resistance problem of individuals is still topical despite the numerous studies in this field. Of special interest are people who may be stressed because of the type of their profession. Primary these professions include teachers who are more likely to show symptoms of occupational burnout. In that regard this article studies the influence of hardiness at work engagement of teachers.
