MANAGEMENTUL DEZVOLTĂRII TEHNOLOGICE ÎN BAZA INOVAȚIILOR REPUBLICII MOLDOVA

Abstract

Managementul dezvoltării tehnologice în baza inovațiilor reprezintă un set de instrumente și practici care influențează pozitiv tehnologiile, cu scopul construirii, menținerii și creșterii avantajului competițional al entităților economice pe baza cunoștințelor cu drept de proprietate și a know-how-ului. Obiectivul cercetării constă în identificarea unor draivere, mecanisme de perfecționare a managementului tehnologic prin determinarea variantelor optime de creștere a economiei naționale. Baza metodologică aplicată în articol este modelul dinamic al balanței legăturilor dintre ramuri (BLR) al lui Oskar Ryszard Lange. Scopul acestei metodologii nu se reduce la o constatare, ci devine constructivă, sugerează idei, principii, tratări, metode de asigurare a creșterii economice. Securitatea economiei poate fi asigurată prin deciziile corecte ale managementului dezvoltării tehnologice în baza inovațiilor unui stat.

The technological development management based on the innovations represent a set of instruments and practices that positively influence the technologies, with the aim of building, maintaining and increasing the competitive benefit of the economic entities based on the knowledge of the property rights and know-how. The objective of the research is the identification of the drivers, improvement mechanism of the technological management through the determination of the best variants of the national economy growth. The Methodological basis applied in the article is the dynamic model of Balance of Connections between Branches of Oskar Ryszard Lange. The aim of this methodology is not restricted to one determination, but becomes constructive, suggests ideas, principles, treatments, assurance methods of the economic growth. The economic security can be assured by the right decisions of the technological development management based on the innovations of a country.
