TENDINTE DE LEGIFERARE IN DREPTUL INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC A UNOR CATEGORII NOI DE CRIME INTERNATIONALE

Abstract

Prezentul articol încearcă să abordeze infracţiunile care, în contextul actual, au căpătat valenţe internaţionale, respectiv – traficul de persoane, distrugerea de valori internaţionale şi furtul de nave. Abordarea este una istorică şi doctrinară. Astfel, analiza crimelor internaţionale se va realiza din perspectiva temporală a convenţiilor care le-au reglementat. Se ia în vedere modul în care statele au înţeles, pe parcursul timpului, să combată şi să legifereze fenomenele infracţionale la nivel mondial.The present article shall attempt to illustrate crimes that in the current context have acquired international valences, namely human trafficking, the destruction of international value and piracy. We shall address the issue from a historical and doctrinal perspective. Thereby, the analysis of the international crimes wil be done from the temporal perspective of conventions that haveregulated them. Consideration will be given to how states have, over time, been able to combat and legislate on global criminal phenomena.
