Modificările homeostaziei sistemului cardiovascular la efort fizic în tireotoxicoza difuză [Articol]

Abstract

În ultimii zece ani în Moldova s-a estimat o creștere a patologiilor cronice. Printre aceste boli s-a remarcat și patologia glandei tiroide, determinată de starea ecologică, ca consecință a poluării mediului cu deșeuri chimice și a deficitului de iod. Nivelul concentrației ionilor de sodiu și potasiu în sânge în stadiile inițiale ale tireotoxicozei difuze se modifică nesemnificativ, însă la bolnavii de tireotoxicoză difuză asociată cu aritmii fibrilare aceste modificări sunt mai vădite. În toate stadiile tireotoxicozei s-a constatat un conținut mărit al hormonilor tiroidieni. Evoluția tireotoxicozei difuze a constatat modificări în activitatea cardiacă, ce vizează sporirea gradului tensionării mecanismelor de reglare şi diminuarea rezervelor funcționale ale organismului. Coeficientul rezervelor funcționale diminuat indică diminuarea posibilităților adaptative ale organismului şi a „debitului fiziologic”. Among these diseases, thyroid gland pathology has stood out, influenced by the ecological state, as a consequence of environmental pollution with chemical waste and iodine deficiency. The concentration level of sodium and potassium ions in the blood is minimally altered in the early stages of diffuse thyrotoxicosis. However, in patients with diffuse thyrotoxicosis associated with fibrillatory arrhythmias, these changes are more noticeable. In all stages of thyrotoxicosis, an increased level of thyroid hormones has been observed. The evolution of diffuse thyrotoxicosis shows changes in cardiac activity, which involve the increased tension of the regulatory mechanisms and the reduction of the functional reserves of the body. A reduced functional reserve coefficient indicates a decrease in the body’s adaptive capacity and its ,,physiological output”.
