CONFLICTE DE LEGI PRIVIND LEGEA APLICABILĂ CONTRACTELOR DE TRANSPORT

Abstract

Subiectul abordat în conținutul articolului se referă la legea aplicabilă contractelor de transport și al contractelor de transport de pasageri. Soluțiile conflictuale în această materie sunt analizate din perspectiva reglementărilor prevăzute de art. 2619 din Codul Civil al Republicii Moldova și art.5 din Regulamentul Roma I.The topic addressed in the article content refers to the law applicable to contracts of carriage and passenger transport contracts. The conflicting solutions in this matter are analyzed from the perspective of the regulations provided by art. 2619 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova and art.5 of the Rome I Regulation.Le sujet abordé dans le contenu de l’article renvoie à la loi applicable aux contrats de transport et aux contrats de transport de voyageurs. Les solutions conflictuelles en la matière sont analysées du point de vue de la réglementation prévue à l’article 2619 du Code Civil de la République de Moldova et à l’article 5 du règlement Rome I.Тема, затронутая в данной статье, касается закона, применимого к договорам транспорта и договорам пассажирского транспорта.
