| dc.description.abstract | The donation contract is the contract that arises through the human characters, outlined by kindness, gratefulness and gratitude. In general, this contract has existed from all the times, but has changed in time due to the historical epoch. The existence of this contract can not be contested, no matter the legal provisions. The new legislative modifications of the Republic of Moldova have improved the legal settlement of the donation contract, creating, in this way, new possibilities of developing this civil law institution. | en |
