FENOMENUL „THE MBA OATH”: MODALITATE DE INSTITUŢIONALIZARE A PROFESIEI DE ADMINISTRATOR DE AFACERI

Abstract

In the present article the author deals with the phenomenon known as the right of “The MBA Oath”, in the light of it origin, in the quality of a social public act, with multiple valences, both of juridical origin and of non-juridical procedure. The oath taken by the graduates of the administrative business studies is the first step towards the tendency of institutionalization of the profession of business administrator. Special attention is paid to the treatment of this phenomenon in the given specialty environment, this being, on the one hand, supported with enthusiasm, and on the other hand, subject to more or less reasoned criticisms. At the same time the author is pays attention to the juridical invalidation of the phenomenon „The MBA Oath”, because this is not institutionalized and settled as such by obligatory juridical norms.
