| dc.description.abstract | Fundamental right to education in the Republic of Moldova is of particular importance in the context of reforming the economic and political system, modernizing all spheres of modern social life. To address the challenges facing our country, new approaches to the content of the fundamental right to education and the level of training and investment in "human capital" are needed.
