dc.description.abstractThe article contains a summary approach of the notion of source of law and of the categories of sources of law in order to assess the possibility of recognizing this quality in constitutional justice acts. As a result of the analysis carried out it is noted that there is no unique position on the vocation of these acts to be sources of law, which justifies the launch in the academic environment of extensive theoretical discussions in this field.en
