Abstract

В статье анализируются структурно-функциональные особенности национальной системы общественной обороны как составной части системы государственных услуг в Республике Молдова. Анализ различных факторов национальной и межгосударственной среды формирует институциональную среду и регулирующий механизм функционирования национальная система социальной защиты Республики Молдова на центральном уровне власти и местного уровня государственного управления.The article analyzes the structural and functional features of the national system of public defense as a component of the system of public services in the Republic of Moldova. The analysis of various factors of the national and interstate environment that forms the institutional favor and the regulatory mechanism for the functioning of the national system of social protection of the Republic of Moldova at the central level of power and the local level of public administration is presented.
