dc.description.abstractProvisional remedies in civil lawsuits consist of a number of procedural measures with the purpose of safeguarding the effective enforceability of a judgment if the plaintiff’s claims are recognised eventually. The importance of this specific part of the law is accentuated furthermore by the problem that exists in the minds of people, the issue of distrust, especially when they are a part of a lawsuit. The purpose of this research is to bring clarity to the issues frequently encountered in day-to-day application of this part of the law to guarantee the enforcement of the civil decision, and furthermore, to prove the effectiveness and importance of this part of the law.ro
