Применение законодательства Республики Молдова, устанавливающего дисциплинарную ответственность рабочих и служащих

Abstract

Responsabilitatea disciplinară este o varietate a responsabilităţii juridice a persoanei, aplicată la muncitori şi funcţionari, care nu-şi onorează obligaţiunile de serviciu nemotivat sau nu le îndeplinesc în modul cerut de angajator. Autorii şi-au propus să actualizeze diferite articole din Codul Muncii ce reglementează subiectul vizat. Analizînd diferite situaţii, autorii expun condiţiile de aplicare a penalităţilor. Disciplinary responsibility is a variety of legal liability of the person, applied to workers and civil servants, who do not honor their duty service obligations or do not do them in the manner required by the employer. The authors have suggested updating various articles of the Labor Code that regulate the subject. Analyzing different situations, the authors set out the conditions for applying penalties.
