Abstract
Evaluarea este una dintre ipostazele instruirii, conectată direct la procesul de învăţare şi predare. Din punctul de vedere al rolului educaţiei în societate, învăţarea este determinantă, deoarece asigură realizarea scopului educaţiei: pregătirea pentru integrarea socială şi profesională, dar nu putem diminua rolul predării şi, mai ales, al evaluării, care asigură conexiunea inversă internă şi externă şi îndeplinește multiple funcţii. Designul unui proces didactic este influenţat de paradigmă, model educaţional care reclamă ajustarea într-un anumit mod a relaţiei dintre predare, învăţare şi evaluare. În condiţiile actuale, se impune ca eficient modelul constructivist-social, care realizează conexiunea dintre realitate şi învăţare, fapt ce necesită aplicarea anumitor strategii, precum proiectul: în cadrul acestuia, evaluarea poate fi realizată prin modalităţi care pun în valoare implicarea celui ce învaţă.
Assessment is one of the facets of instruction, being directly connected to both teaching and learning. As far as the role of education in society is concerned, learning is crucial, since it ensures the fulfillment of the aim of education, which is preparation for social and professional integration. However, we cannot diminish the role of teaching and especially that of assessment, that ensures internal and external feedback and fulfills a number of functions. The design of a didactic process is influenced by the paradigm, the educational model, which imposes adjusting in a certain way the relationship between teaching, learning, and assessment. Under the present conditions an efficient model is the constructivistsocial one, that ensures the connection between reality and learning. This makes necessary the application of certain strategies, such as the project, in which assessment may be accomplished in ways that explore learner involvement
