Abstract
The evidence exclusion institution constitutes a legally established censorship filter regarding
the methods of obtaining and fixing evidence and cumulatively, it represents a
guarantee of ensuring their admissibility, thanks to which the probation process is supervised.
This signifies the procedural action of physical removal from the criminal case file of
evidence containing data that was obtained, fixed and/or administered illegally in violation
of the person’s rights.
