dc.description.abstractThe article is dedicated to the analysis of problems in the development of professional reflection in higher education. Attention is paid to the results of diagnosing the reflexivity and metacognitive position of students studying at the “Ion Creangă” State Pedagogical University. In addition to the experimental findings, the strategy of the initial professional training of future teachers, built according to the reflexive approach, is described. The productivity of using a modular system of reflective student training aimed at stimulating professional reflection is considered.en
