Abstract

The form of government is an essential aspect of the state structure nowadays. This political-legal concept is of particular importance for the characteristics and typology of states from the perspective of the way state power is organized. In the content of the work, emphasis was placed on the universal trait of the form of government as an element that can characterize all the states of the world.
