Armonizarea legislaţiei naţionale cu standardele Uniunii Europene în materia bunurilor infracţionale

Abstract

This paper explores the harmonization of Moldova’s legislation with EU standards in criminal asset recovery. It highlights the need for aligning national laws with international norms for effective justice. Key issues include legislative inconsistencies and implemen- tation challenges. The study recommends enhancing institutional capacities, continuous professional development, and fostering cooperation between national and European au- thorities to improve the recovery and management of criminal assets.
