Consideraţii privind specificul calificării căsătoriei în dreptul internaţional privat [Articol]

Abstract

The main objective of the present paper is the practical and theoretical study of the marriage in Private International Law. The article contains concepts of marriage, types and rules of classification and specifics of marriage with foreign element. Also, investigation includes legal aspects concerning on national courts’ problems that appear in classification of marriage in International private Law, because the same terms and institution may be used differently in other systems of law.
