Abstract

Психологическая безопасность образовательной среды может положительно или отрицательно влиять на состояние здоровья как школьников, так и учителей. Если в школе созданы условия, при которых невозможно психологическое насилие, от- сутствует виктимизация и буллинг как со стороны учителей, так и со стороны свер- стников, такая среда положительно влияет на укрепление здоровья и формирование внутренних ресурсов сопротивления деструктивным воздействиям. Большой вклад в обеспечение психологической безопасности детей и подростков в условиях педа- гогического процесса вносит школьный климат. Создание благоприятного школьного климата является главной задачей администрации школы, и значимым фактором, спо- собствующим укреплению состояния психического и физического здоровья участников образовательного процесса.The psychological safety of the educational environment can positively or negatively affect the health of both schoolchildren and teachers. If the school has created conditions under which psychological violence is impossible, there is no victimization and bullying on the part of both teachers and peers, such an environment has a positive effect on health promotion and the formation of internal resources of resistance to destructive influences. The school climate makes a great contribution to ensuring the psychological safety of children and adolescents in the conditions of the pedagogical process. Creating a favor- able school climate is the main task of the school administration, and a significant factor contributing to the strengthening of the mental and physical health of participants in the educational process.
