ABUZUL DE POZIȚIE DOMINANTĂ ASUPRA ENTITĂȚII ECONOMICE: IMPACT FINANCIAR

Abstract

Abuzul de poziție dominantă este o nișă extrem de dificilă a concurenței și cuantificarea efectelor acesteia este complicată și necesită timp, deoarece același tip de comportament poate fi, în cazuri diferite, atât benefic, cât și dăunător, în dependență de circumstanțe. Dat fiind specificul acestui domeniu, fiecărui caz i se acordă o atenție specială, fiind analizate minuțios toate circumstanțele, actorii implicați, efectele externalizate la toate nvelurile economice și se aplică metode diverse de cuantificare. În articol este prezentată dezvoltarea modelului de stimulare a efectelor economico-financiare ale abuzului de poziție dominantă asupra entităților economice și asupra cadrului concurențial pe piața unde are loc abuzul. Sunt delimitate principalele tipuri de entități economice afectate și efectele economico-financiare pe care le pot avea acțiunile abuzive ale unei entități dominante.The abuse of dominant position is an extremely difficult niche of competition and quantifying its effects are complicated and needs time, because the same type of behavior can be beneficial in different cases and harmful depending on the circumstances. Given the specific natur e of this field, each case is given special attention, being carefully analysed all of the circumstances, the effects of outsourced at all economic levels and are applied various methods of quantification. In the article is presented the development of the stimulating model of the economic and financial effects of the abuse of dominant position on the economic entities and on the competitive market framework where abuse takes place. There are delineated the main types of economic entities affected and economic and financial effects that the abusive actions of a dominant entity can have.
