Abstract

This article represents a study dedicated to the illegal interventions of central and local public authorities and those institutions that are empowered to protect the rights of children, more than that, the social environment in which the minor is located also served as the object of the research, at the same time, as a research object, in addition to the social environment in which the minor is located, it also served as the normative theoretical basis that supports the rights and freedoms of children. To achieve the proposed goal, we examined the national and international legislation in the field.
