EDUCAȚIA FORMALĂ CA INSTRUMENT DE PREVENIRE VICTIMOLOGICĂ A INFRACȚIUNILOR DE VIOLENȚĂ ÎN FAMILIE

Abstract

In the Republic of Moldova, domestic violence, or family violence as it is also known, is a common phenomenon. Preventive measures are declarative, symbolic and less focused on concrete measures. It is also well known that the criminological paradigm of prevention predominates, the victimological paradigm being ignored. In the causal system of the crime, a special role is played by the victim from which we conclude that victimological prevention can no longer be ignored. In this article we will argue the importance of early victimological prevention, as an educational action that can be carried out in school by applying educational contents capable of preventing the formation of deviant personalities.
