Abstract

În acest articol este prezentată o imagine de ansamblu asupra metodelor de extragere, izolare, detectare a metaboliţilor bioactivi secundari produşi de cianobacterii, inclusiv microcistine, anatoxine, lipopolizaharide. În acest context, se face referire la studiile mai recente ce abordează proprietăţile citotoxice, anticancer, antimicrobiene, antibacteriene ale unor metaboliţi secundari produşi de cianobacterii.This article provides an overview of the methods of extraction, isolation, detection of bioactive secondary metabolites produced by cyanobacteria, including microcystins, anatoxins, lipopol ysaccharide, as well as recent studies connected to the pro- perties of cytotoxic, anticancer, antimicrobial, antibacterial of secondary metabolites produced by some cyanobacteria
