Abstract

The right to diffuse a work is a juridical mandate of the author and according to its legal nature it is the absolute patrimonial subjective right, opposable to all the persons. Under the fact that both the right on commercialization and the right on distribution are different ones, we shall examine thereof separately, in the light of the EC directives in the given field.
