Abstract
A fost determinată influenţa unor compuşi coordinativi ai Mn(II) şi Zn(II) asupra acumulării în biomasa cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis a enzimei superoxiddismutaza (SOD). A fost stabilită o activitate înaltă a enzimei SOD în prezenţa unor compuşi coordinativi ai Mn(II)
şi Zn(II).
The influence of some coordinative compounds of Mn(II) and Zn(II) on the enzyme superoxiddismutase accumulation in cyanobacteria Spirulina platensis biomass was determined. High activity of SOD in spirulina biomass in the presence of some coordinative compounds of Mn(II) and Zn(II) has been established.
