PARTICULARITĂŢILE GESTIONĂRII PROCESULUI DE LEGALIZARE A PIEŢEI SUBTERANE ÎN CIRCUITUL ECONOMIC OFICIAL

Abstract

The article analyzes the process of transition of Republic of Moldova to market economy, the essential performances in economic relations and radical changes in the economic agents outlook that are accompanied by a series of negative phenomena including the defrauding of social-economic relations and the extension of the underground economy sector. A special emphasis is put on economic reforms at macroeconomic level. The article shows the ways of approach to the liberalization of the underground market for the purpose to remove the fundamental causes of these phenomena, especially providing freedom and liberalization to all kinds of economic activity and the creation of equal economic conditions for all forms of property and administering the removal of bureaucratic barriers and the improvement existing functions of state apparatus.
