ANALIZA ÎN BAZA UNOR CRITERII A CONCEPTELOR DOCTRINARE ÎN MATERIA PROTECŢIEI DREPTURILOR PACIENŢILOR ÎN DIFERITE SISTEME DE ASIGURĂRI OBLIGATORII ŞI/SAU FACULTATIVE

Abstract

Pentru a pătrunde în esența noțiunilor cu care se vehiculează în domeniul asigurărilor de sănătate obligatorii și/sau facultative, considerăm oportună analiza conceptelor doctrinare și legislative în acest sens. O înțelegere mai bună a conceptelor în materia protecției drepturilor pacienților considerăm pasibilă să parvină odată cu analiza acestora în baza unor criterii. Or, aceasta va forma în cogniția celui care este interesat de cercetarea protecției drepturilor pacienților o prezentare multiaspectuală și multidisciplinară prin prisma abordărilor prezentate mai jos.

In order to understand the notions used in the field of compulsory and/or optional health insurance, we consider it opportune to analyse the doctrinal and legislative concepts in this regard. We believe that a better understanding of the concepts in the field of protection of patients' rights is their analysis based on certain criteria. It will form in the cognition of the one who is interested in the research of the protection of patients' rights a multi-aspectual and multidisciplinary vision through the prism of the approaches presented below.
