Abstract
Salariatul este persoana fizică, care îndeplinește o muncă într-o anumită specialitate, calificare sau meserie, în schimbul unui salariu bazat pe un contract individual de muncă. Persoana fizică dobândește capacitate generală de muncă la vârsta de 16 ani. De asemenea, persoana fizică poate dobândi capacitatea de muncă la vârsta de 15 ani, cu condiția că are acordul părinților sau al reprezentanților legali, munca nu este dăunătoare sănătății și nu influențează școlarizarea.
The employee is a physical person who performs a work according to a certain specialty, qualification or trade, in exchange of a wage, on the basis of the individual labour contract. The physical person acquires work capacity when he reaches the age of 16 years. The physical person will be also able to conclude an individual labour contract when he is 15 years old, having the written consent of parents or legal representatives, provided that the work to be performed shall bring no damage to his health, development, training and profession al grounding.
