dc.description.abstract | Este prezentată o sinteză a rezultatelor cercetărilor din ultimele decenii, cu tangenţă la algele cianofite producătoare de metaboliţi secundari bioactivi. Sunt descrise clasele principale de metaboliţi secundari produşi de cianofite cu acţiune toxică asupra omului şi animalelor. Sunt evaluate tulpinile de alge cianofite producătoare de microcistine, nodularine, anatoxine, saxitoxine, cilindrospermopsine, lingbiatoxine, lipopolizaharide etc. şi analizaţi unii factori care influen- ţează asupra producerii lor, precum şi perspectiva de utilizare a lor în farmaceutică, fitotehnie, zootehnie | en |
dc.description.abstract | The review of research results in recent decades connected to cyanobacteria as the sources of bioactive secondary me tabolites. The main classes of secondary metabolites produced by cyanobacteria with toxicity to humans and animals are presented. Some cyanobacteria strains producing microcystins, nodularins, saxitoxins, cylindrospermopsins, lyngbyatoxins and lipopolysaccharides are evaluated and some factors that influence on the secondarymetabolites production and prospective of its pplication in pharmaceutical or agriculture are described. | |
