Modern technologies generate new economic, legal and social problems, which imply the creation of new ways to solve them. The emergence and prospects for the development of the distance sales institution are under the enormous influence of the technogenic and multifaceted nature of distance meansofcommunicationusedtoachievethewill ofthecontractingparties.
