| dc.description.abstract | We start from the idea that all the crimes provided for in the Criminal Code of the Republic of Moldova attack a value protected by criminal law. Therefore, the legislator classified the criminal acts in the Special Part of the Criminal Code depending on the generic legal object that the criminal act directly attacks. Finally, the generic legal object of the crimes of Treason is formed by social relations regarding the normal activity of public authorities and state security. | en |
