Abstract

Бюджетная система является единой системой бюджетов и фондов, которая составляет национальный публичный бюджет и состоит из государственного бюджета, бюджета государственного социального страхования, бюджетов административно-территориальных единиц, фондов обязательного медицинского страхования. Бюджетно-налоговая политика является составной частью государственной политики, связанной с повышением доходов за счет налогов и других средств и принятием решений с учетом уровня и структуры расходов с целью улучшения экономической ситуации, стабильности бюджета и устойчивого роста экономики.Sistemul bugetar este un sistem unitar de bugete şi fonduri, care constituie bugetul public naţional, cuprinzând bugetul de stat, bugetul asigurărilor sociale de stat, bugetele unităţilor administrativ-teritoriale, fondurile asigurărilor obligatorii de asistenţă medicală. Politica bugetar-fiscală este o parte a politicii guvernului care este preocupată de creşterea veniturilor prin impozitare şi prin alte căi şi de luarea unor decizii privind nivelul şi structura cheltuielilor pentru îmbunătăţirea situaţiei economice.The budget system is an integrated system of budgets and funds that constitute the national public budget, comprising the state budget, the social state security budget, the administrative-territorial unit budgets and mandatory health insurance fund. Fiscal policy is part of government policy which is concerned with raising revenue through taxation and other means, and deciding on the level and pattern of expenditure with a view to correct the situations in the economy.
