Abstract

The application of scenarios and models developed by different international scientifc centers and experimentally approved (CsIRO Mk2, HadCM2 and eCHaM4) of climate change allows the development of surveys to determine the impact between crop plants and harmful organisms, which during the last two decades, have greatly exceed the initial scenarios, which creates especially gloomy forecasts. It becomes probable the penetration and selection of species and variations of pests and pathogens of diseases with a greater degree of damage, widening the area of spread, increasing the virulence and aggressiveness of the pathogen species, increasing the number of generations, which causes the loss of harvest and reduction of the productive potential of crops. In the strengthening of phytosanitary protection, the paradigm of plant health is promoted and the role of ecological agriculture and means of biological protection of plants determined.
