IMPACTUL INOVAŢIILOR ASUPRA ACTIVITĂŢILOR UMANE: ASPECT METODOLOGIC

Abstract

În acest studiu autorul și-a propus ca obiectiv investigarea proceselor și problemelor ce vizează stabilirea mediului sistemului de formare a resurselor umane, rolul organelor de stat, inovațiile și educarea personalului calificat. Discrepanța dintre mediul politic și realitatea economică impune necesitatea creșterii bunăstării și nivelului de trai prin prisma inovațiilor. Procesele globalizării, creșterea tehnologiilor de vârf, a inteligenței artificiale, a materialelor noi exercită un impact benefic asupra societății. Economiile naționale se raliază la mediul intern și extern, la avantajele economice pentru a valorifica oportunitățile vizând problemele globale. Factorii tradiționali ai creșterii economice, care au asigurat o redresare semnificativă a economiei țării în ultimul secol, sunt aproape epuizați și, astăzi, problema identificării unor noi surse de dezvoltare se impune ca destul de stringentă. Pornind de la acest fapt, sarcina principală este revizuirea priorităților anterioare în economia regiunilor, a principalelor tipuri de activități care s-au dovedit incapabile să joace rolul locomotivei economiei regionale. În acest sens, apare problema stabilirii polilor de dezvoltare economică, care este strâns legată de rațiunea de alegere strategică inovatoare a țării și de tranziția economiei la dezvoltarea inovatoare. The discrepancy between the political environment and the economic reality implies the need to increase welfare and living standards through innovations. The processes of globalization, the growth of cutting-edge technologies, artificial intelligence and new materials have a beneficial impact on society. National economies rely on the internal and external environment and on economic benefits to capitalize opportunities for global issues. The traditional factors of economic growth which ensured a significant recovery of the country's economy in the last century are almost exhausted today by the stringent question of finding new sources of development. Starting from this, the main task is to revise the previous priorities in the region's economy, the main types of activities that proved to be incapable of playing the role of the locomotive of the regional economy. In this respect, the problem of setting up the economic development poles arises, which is closely related to the rationale of the country's innovative strategic choice and the transition of the economy to innovative development. The author's point of view is accompanied by arguments from scientists and national and international statistics.
