Abstract

Over the years, the correct management of apartment buildings has not been a priority of the authorities in our country, so now this issue is raising more and more questions. Given that the outdated infrastructure of the blocks requires huge investments and the authorities are not willing to direct money from the budget for this area, the most effective solution remains to set up condominium associations and encourage tenants to invest money for their own comfort and safety.
