POLITICI FINANCIARE PUBLICE ALE REPUBLICII MOLDOVA LA ETAPA ACTUALĂ

Abstract

The system of public finance, that has the aim to realize some strategic and tactic goals of the state, is build by the finance policy, that is a part of economic policy. The finance part represents the total of methodologies, organizational forms and the methods of finance use, also the public one. It has the budgeting, fiscality, loans, money and price policies. Finance policy in Republic of Moldova, in the first years of independence, had to fight with rigid boundaries of soviet economy that remained from the Russian Empire, and to develop through a stabilization policy, in an unfavorable climate. In our days the public finance in Republic of Moldova is more stable, with goals straight determined.
