Abstract

În articol sunt analizate opiniile autorilor cu privire la gestiunea financiară a întreprinderii. Este studiată evoluţia gestiunii finanţelor întreprinderii începând cu momentul de pornire a ştiinţei financiare, a teoriei de evaluare a instrumentelor pe piaţa de capital până la teoriile moderne de management financiar actual. Una dintre obiectivele majore fiind optimizarea gestiunii finanţelor întreprinderii.

This article examines current views on the financial management of the enterprise. The paper studied the evolution of financial management company from the time of production of goods and services, the period of the definition of financial science, the theory of formal assessment on the stock market directly to the science of "financial management" one of the major problems which is to optimize the management of finances.
