Explorarea experimentală a posibilităţii utilizării unor preparate microbiene [Articol]

Abstract

În mod experimental, în condiţii in vitro şi in vivo pe animale de laborator şi model (şoareci şi cobai), a fost confirmată posibilitatea utilizării preparatelor microbiene CABILAC şi ACLOFEM pentru profilaxia şi tratamentul dismicrobismului şi disfuncţiilor intestinale diareice. În baza activităţii antagoniste faţă de Escherichia, Proteus, Clostridium şi Staphylococcus şi a capacităţii lor adezive avansate, precum şi a rezultatelor experimentării lor pe animale, aceste preparate se recomandă pentru implementare în practică. Experimentally in the condition of “in vitro and “in vivo” on laboratory and pattern animals (mice and guinea-pigs) was confirmed the posibility of utilization the microbe preparations CABILAC and ACLOFEM with prophylactic and treatment of the intestinal disorder and diarrhea. In the basis of intensive antagonistic activity at Escherichia, Proteus, Clostridium and Staphylococcus and adhesion capacity advanced, also and results of his tested on animals to be recommended with inculcation in practice.
