ASPECTE PRIVIND OPERAŢIUNILE DE FUZIUNE REALIZATE LA NIVELUL REPUBLICII MOLDOVA ŞI IMPACTUL ACESTORA ASUPRA COMPANIILOR PARTICIPANTE

Abstract

Operaţiunile de fuziune sunt o modalitate de reorganizare deosebit de populară şi răspândit ă la nivel internaţional. Beneficiile oferite de acestea reprezintă însă o problemă controversat ă, fiind dificilă formularea unor concluzii. La nivelul Republicii Moldova, operaţiunile de fuziune sunt reduse ca număr, iar impactul acestora asupra companiilor este dificil de estimat. Se poate însă observa o evoluţie favorabilă, în termeni de rentabilitate, în cazul societăţii care îşi continuă activitatea ulterior fuziunii.Mergers are a way of reorganizing, being particularly popular and widespread internationally. The benefits of these transactions are, however, a controversial issue, being difficult to draw conclusions. In the Republic of Moldova, the merger operations are reduced in number and their impact on companies is difficult to estimate. It can, however, be observed a positive development in terms of profitability of the company that continues its activity after the merger.
