It could give a good perspective for thousands of economic agents, being one of the best decisions which will rescue them from hard book keepings. Expansion of these areas will allow receiving in patent’s activation new workplaces and appreciable updating of the budget. The best solution for raisings of living level of the country could be a progressive policy of the government as to the development of small business as one of stability factors.
