REPUBLICA MOLDOVA: DE LA ACORDUL DE ASOCIERE LA STATUTUL DE CANDIDAT PRIVIND ADERAREA LA UNIUNEA EUROPEANĂ

Abstract

În articol de analizează evoluția relațiilor dintre Republica Moldova și Uniunea Europeană de la semnarea Acordului de Asociere între Republica Moldova și Uniunea Europeană până la atribuirea Republicii Moldova statutul de candidat privind aderarea la Uniunea Europeană. Se investighează Strategia de Integrare Europeană a Republicii Moldova, precum și lansarea Parteneriatului Estic și scopul acestuia. Se evidențiază faptul că Parteneriatul Estic a fost un cadru politic care a permis semnarea Acordului de Asociere Republica Moldova − Uniunea Europeană la 27 iunie 2014, ratificat de Legislativ la 2 iulie 2014. De asemenea, se cercetează condițiile în care Republica Moldova primit statutul de candidat pentru aderarea la Uniunea Europeană.

The article analyzes the evolution of relations between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union from the signing of the Association Agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union until the granting to the Republic of Moldova of the candidate status for accession to the European Union. The European Integration Strategy of the Republic of Moldova is being investigated, as well as the launch of the Eastern Partnership and its purpose. It is highlighted that the Eastern Partnership was a political framework that allowed the signing of the Association Agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union on June 27, 2014, ratified by the Legislature on July 2, 2014. Also, the conditions under which the Republic of Moldova received the status of a candidate for the accession to the European Union are being researched
