dc.description.abstractPerformance evaluation is an important component of human resource management, allowing comparison of the results obtained with the performance standards. The aim of the thesis is to identify specific performance appraisal process public servants and employees of nonprofit and its impact on labor productivity in these institutions. Value of the work is determined both by the theoretical study aiming to identify specific performance appraisal process and gaps that accompany this process, public institutions and NGOs.en
